Didn't get the chance to work out at lunch so snuck one in between the ferry home and dinner. Did my quick 5-exercise ring set. It's 5 rounds of 10 reps of each of:
- Ring pullups (false grip if possible)
- Ring dips
- Ring pushups
- Pistol squats left leg (using ring for support)
- Pistol squats right leg
Quick but tough. Had to partition the last 2 sets of dips but kept good form. Followed the workout with BBQ peri-peri chicken breast and Annabel's massive salad. Delicious.
