I'm terrible at this - anotherfew days of no blogging! 10km with Bo on Saturday, engagement partay Sat night and hungover Sunday!!
Felt bad about not training on Sunday so at lunch today I decided to smash myself to get the Peronis out of my system. Met up with Min & Shauny (Dave joined us later) for a tough one. On the minute, every minute for 25 minutes:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 deep squats
Finished off with 3 rounds of max ring dips. We finally worked out how to suspend the rings on the gym!! Some lady looked at us like we're mad but we got our ring dips out!
